I liked Guardians too, but the first one was better. The new one was a liitle too convoluted and dark.

I start physical therapy this morning for my ankle. The goal is better range of motion and strengthening the muscles so it'll quit rolling under me (and tripping me - which sometimes re-injures it). It'll be nice if the muscles get strong enough that I won't have to wear this ankle brace all summer! Otherwise, it'll be black pants and jeans for me the entire summer. Boo! Although skirts and capris would look ridiculous with this thing!
23 months out - and weight finally dropping again. Whew! (I think I was mostly really backed up)
my last evening desk shift of the semester. YAY!! These night shifts make food planning a bit tricky...
B: homemade Greek yogurt, flaxseed, raspberries
S: protein shake, coffee with half & half
L: pork & veggie stir fry
D: asparagus soup before shift, protein bar during (??)

My roommate's daughter went to prom with a date that had a boot on to rehab his ankle. It turned out there were a few girls there with their formals on, also wearing a boot or some various kind of brace due to a sports injury! Which is to say, wear what works! Show off your rehab with pride :)

Best of luck with PT. I hope you can eventually get rid of the ankle brace. Braces are no fun...been there and still have 4 foot and leg braces in my closet.

Good morning! Today is my 6 month appt. it's actually 2 weeks early. My average weight loss is 12 lbs a month. I think I'm doing great. Last time I was there, I was in a size 22 pant and a 3 X shirt. Today I am in a 12 and a size L. I'm still feeling nervous. I don't know why.
QOTD- I don't normally set an alarm. My body wakes up at 4:40 every morning. I do have my iPhone set as back up.
JB- I hope they figure out your heart issue.
