MD Sheep & Wool??? I am JEALOUS!!!!!! And NY Sheep & Wool!! The NH Sheep & Wool is this weekend, always mother's day weekend, but I dont know if we will make it this year. Its not that big anyway....

Morning! Our weekend was quiet. My goals were to do our budget and mop floors. Accomplished both. I wonder why I give myself so much angst about the mopping-- I feel so much more refreshed and organized when they are clean.

Today I have to take my car in for recall work. It's been acting up so I how the work fixes the issues it's been having. That'll get me out of work early - yes!

Qotd: my alarm is on my Apple Watch- it's very subtle and doesn't disturb hubby. I'm always up before it anyway. Apple Watch doesn't have a snooze feature- but I wouldn't use it even if it did. I have phone alarms set for the weekend so I get up early enough to run.

m1: steak and eggs (I'm too excited about this!!)

I thought I would like the alarm on the Apple Watch better, but I just wake up annoyed that my arm is buzzing. But I am cranky and hard to please in the morning...

I don't sleep in my Watch cause I leave it to charge overnight. So it's basically a nightstand alarm clock in Watch form.

QOTD: Here's a picture of my "alarm clock(s)":

If Tippy and Blossom don't wake me up I usually wake up myself by 5 am. If I do need to be up at a certain time I use a clock radio alarm. Usually I use that in the afternoons when I take a nap and need to be back up at a certain time.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, Greek yogurt

L: hamburger patty with melted cheese

D: rib-eye steak

S: light n fit Greek yogurt

Exercise: Walking Blossom around the neighborhood

That "gentle harp" on yours has gotten me trained like Pavlov's dogs . . .

Quicky for me this morning.

Weekend was eventful. Sat we went to DH's parents house, then by my fav super H mart. DH was with me this time so it wasn't a long drawn out shopping trip. I was out of dried fish so I NEEDED it. Plus DH had never been. He got a beef sort of bimibap and I got the same bowl I got last week. It was so yummy. I rented La La land and Office christmas party and we watched that when we got back. sunday we slept a bit in and then went to captain d's for lunch for grilled fish. Then we went to see guardians of the galaxy at the theatre. I really thought it was great but liked the first one better, a bit lighter.

QOTD: I use my iphone to wake up. I use several different chime ones. Set two usually about 5 min apart. Ittly bitty usually wakes one of us up when the sun comes up so sometimes I don't get to sleep until the alarm goes off :(

Started weighing everyday again. Last 2 days 122.7 Going on 17 month out on 15th of this month.

Food for today:

coffee/miralax

yogurt/egg whites or dried fish/kale chips ( I made them last night!)

gizzards/green beans/brussels sprouts

dinner will be shrimp and grits for DH/ shrimp for me and veg
