What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning! Hope everyone had an awesome weekend! I had a nice one, it just wasn't long enough... Gotta make this quick. I am leaving early to drive to a hospital that is pretty far away, to get hooked up to my heart rate monitor this morning, then on to my school that is furthest away. If I am lucky, I will be driving for 6 hours today :(
QOTD: Tell me about your alarm clock! I use my iPhone and have it set to make this sort of gentle harp tone. It's not too jarring.

Exercise: still resting the achilles (took a walk yesterday and it was not good, so I am a little worried!)
Vitamins: Patches (D3, Multi & Iron)
Good luck with your day - 6 hours is a lot of driving. What does your doctor say about sightseeing with your Achilles Heel injury?
QOTD: I also use my iPhone alarm, but only on the days I go into the office to make sure I am up by 4:30 am. I rarely allow it to go off as I am usually awake by then on my own (every day).
B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: leftover meatball from dinner out on Saturday (unless DS cooks since it is his day off)
S: protein chips, nut thins and hummus

Doc is trying to get it healed up before I go so that sightseeing isn't too affected. I gave him a deadline to "fix it". Lol.
Good morning Grimberry and everyone!
Hope everything goes well with the heart monitor test today and it is nothing serious.
I woke up to snow this morning!! About 2 inches and currently snowing now! So much for Spring. I hope it doesn't ruin my lilac blooms for the year. It did that a few years back when we had snow on May 31. Just wanna cry right now. Other than that I had a good weekend and went garage saling on Sat. I got some smaller jeans and crop pants for the summer. Also picked up a couple furniture projects so if and when it wRms up enough I can work in the garage.
QOTD: My 4 furbabies are my alarm clock, lol We get up between 4:30 and 5:30 every morning. They are the sweetest alarm clock.
Menu:
Breakfast: egg, ham and cheese scramble
Lunch: Frijata chicken and lettuce salad
Dinner: leftover roast beef

OMG, snow?? I am feeling super down about the constant 50s and rain, so thanks for putting that into perspective! I went to college in upstate NY and I swear it snowed every single day from October 1 - May 15. I only lasted a year...

I was at Hartwick in Oneonta for one long miserable year... the sun literally never shone there :(
Oh see, we consider that "Central NY" but the weather is way worse! Especially in the winter. We get dry cold and they get snow! Where I am, we're about 1 hour from VT and 1 hour from Canada (upper right hand corner of the "bump up" in NY). So really north!

Wow JB, I hope that they are able to resolve some things with more testing. Also may you have good traffic!
I had a nice weekend at the MD Sheep and Wool Festival. I volunteered plus this year I took a bit of time to play tourist. I came home with some nice yarn and fleece to play with. It's good that it's only once a year, but we will head to the NY Sheep and Wool Festival in October too, so only a few months to wait for more fun.
I was on my feet all weekend but when I got home yesterday we went to the pool for a relaxing swim. That was really nice! I hope to get in a long walk this morning.
QOTD: I use a traditional alarm clock that beeps. Music relaxes me and doesn't wake me up so no musical alarm for me.
Breakfast: egg whites with LF Mexican cheese
Snack: Apple Ecstasy protein shake
Lunch: deli turkey, baby carrots
Snack: cottage cheese with unsweetened applesauce
Dinner: chicken breast with zoodles
