Yes it is a struggle too bad you don't live in CT we could walk ! We sound like same place with our regain.

I don't have any support here in Connecticut my hospital mainly does like information type monthly meetings. I am going to venture to a hospital 45 min away on Wednesday to see if their support is for those struggling or post op not just recruiting new people.

Keep the faith... we can do this!!

I'm glad you're here. It's a great place to land.

We had our surgeries the same year, although you are a few months ahead of me. I too have had substantial regains but have re-lost it all. So I know personally that it can be done and I have no doubt you will do it.

Life sucks so much sometimes. It's really no wonder that we turn to food, even when we no better. We didn't get to the point of needing WLS by being those folks who lose weight when stressed.

Welcome.

edited because omg did I really do that? *know. how embarrassing.

Oh my goodness - I'm about as far from you as I can get in the continental United States - way over here in Seattle. If I ever get back over that direction we will definitely find a way to meet. =)

Glad you are aware that everything eventually works out. Hopefully your "eventually" will be soon!
