Dog walkers
I always walk my dog (as opposed to letting her out on her own). I only walk her on the Weeknd's since I get home from work late, but I'm glad that she forces my kids out of the house too.
I wish my husband would take a hand in walking her.

My dogs definitely help get me out of the house to be more active. I tell myself they only have one short life to live and I should help make it enjoyable, even on days I want to be lazy. (Can you see that Catholic guilt syndrome coming through?)

Dogs are 4 legged ANGELS!!!
They are good for the soul, and great walking partners !!!
6yrs ago I suffered from clinical depression with many anxiety related issues. My girl was by my side the entire time. There was a good year I barely got out of bed, but I would for her. She was my reason to live and I will forever be greatful to her. I love her more than life !!!!! ( that's her in my pic of course)
I second the motion.....everyone should have at least one dog!!!!

My boxer Lily rescues me from my lazy self everyday. We walk about 5bmiles every day--3.2 in the morning and some more after supper. She spent her first 5 years in a very small unprotected cage outdoors at a puppy mill. Now she gets to walk as much as she wants and as fast as she wants too. She goes camping with us and always travels with us. I was at my current weight when we got her but she has definitely helped me stay there. Here's her pic.
