Better late than never?

It's cold and rainy here in NE Ohio too!


I finally showed some loss after a few weeks of only dropping a pound or so. When I returned to my apt after working in Cbus all week, I was still 189 and change, but the next day (Friday) I weighed in at the bariatric office at 186.8, then this morning I was 185.6. I took my measurements and I've lost THREE INCHES at my belly button, and, sadly, 2 1/2 inches from my bust. I had a bilateral mastectomy in 2012, so my bust is mostly transplanted belly fat.

QOTD- I got a lot out of 13 Reasons Why. It was very hard to watch, and I got a first hand introduction to "triggering" but for me this led to some healthy cathartic processing (and a good long cry). Today I'm going to watch "Dear White People" because a friend who is biracial recommended it.

Five weeks post-opp / Free Range diet (no more restrictions)/ 185.3 this morning

B- protein decaf

MS- cubed watermellon

L- 2oz. Deli turkey, 1Tsp mayo, seasoning...

AS- half a protein bar

D- 4oz. Sashimi Salmon

ES- half a protein bar


Total calories- 596 Protein- 60 carbs-41 sugar-23 Fat- 19

Good Afternoon All,

It's cloudy here in Southern Cal but no rain. I've been binging on Vera and Inspector Lewis (recorded but just getting a chance to watch).

M1-Lots of chai with premier protein vanilla

M2-4 jalapeno chicken meatballs w/Wendy's chili

Don't know about the rest of the day. I'm helping my son with his 6 grade science report due next week.

Vitamins and fluids on schedule.
