JB can we whine together!?!? Sorry you had such a long day and got a crap foot doctor, pretty much same thing happened to me on Monday with the walk in clinic doctor! UGH dumb docs! Be careful of the lidocane patch, if its just numbing the pain in your foot you can't just continue on as you were because now you won't feel the pain and might end up doing more damage. Use that sparingly.
Ok all update on me why I have not been around much... as some of you know I am going off coffee as I have really bad acid reflux due to what I am sure is ulcers. I love my coffee and I am struggling with giving it up. Went to a walk in clinic on Monday and it was a waste of time. So on Wednesday when I still was not feeling well at all I went to a different walk in clinic by my work and had an amazing doctor and she said that she did not feel that the ulcer/acid reflux was my biggest problem and she ordered me to go to an emergency room right away. She was adamant I had to be seen and she thought it was my appendix. So I work at a big hospital, so I walked into the emerg, called the Nurse Manager who is a friend told her I was there and after blood tests, IV, pain meds, some disgusting drink called a "Pink Lady" (antacid and anesthetic lidocaine). they made me drink and an hour long ultrasound on my stomach and lower belly area it turns out all my pain, dizziness, nausea/vomiting is my gallbladder. They found on the ultrasound that my gallbladder is full of stones and on Sunday when I wanted to die from feeling so crappy that was me having a gallbladder attack. UGH!!! So I have to have an H.Pylori test done and an endoscope in regards to the ulcer(s) and with the gallbladder its a wait until you have another attack and come back to emerg. I am not happy.
All I can tolerate in regards to food is some yogurt and some babybel. So no menu for me really.
Hubby and I have a really busy weekend, we have one of his cousins wedding tomorrow (a huge Indian wedding) and Sunday we are supposed to have lunch with all of the people that he did Jury Duty with and their spouses/partners. Oh and it has not stopped raining here since like April 24th. I am so over rain, I need sun badly!
Since I can't have coffee I bought these for my dogs, they are dog coffee cookies LOL
Have an awesome weekend everyone! Be fabulous!

OMG Daisy!
I will keep you in my thoughts Nd prayers! I don't understand why they have to wait for another painful attack before they do anything. The drink sounds horrible. What does your bariatric doctor say about all this? So sorry you are having to go through all this. {{{{hugs}}}}
