I totally am off cottage cheese now too. I loved it, and now it just tastes and feels awful in my mouth and I can't stand it. I thought it was just me.

I tried a few bites of rice, post-op and literally, actually thought I was going to die. It was like each grain expanded to 100 times it's size and I felt like I was going to explode. Ugh, just thinking about it...

I hope they get the heart rate thing figured out! I had to wear a holter monitor for a few days once to rule out tachycardia. Come to find out, for me, it was anxiety.

Ugh I mean come on now, NO NSAID's....it means NONE, jerk!!

I have a super busy weekend coming up, well pretty much that is my whole life anyway.....busy busy busy

I also have my final in my accounting class on Monday, so lots of studying this weekend on top of everything else.

I am "shaking it" for my food during the day today, I have been struggling with the carb monster, and just needed a break from having to think about food.

Leg day was cancelled yesterday because my trainer was sick. I was bummed, because I'm sure it's going to hurt next week but I think it probably helped my weigh in this morning

My dad's sick elderly dog finally goes home tomorrow after 3 weeks, and I can not wait. Right now it looks like he's going to make it until Dad is home and that's what I really care about right now!

15 weeks post op / 171.6lbs this morning

B: Dannon L&F w/ PB2 and Babybel

L: Baked Chicken Breast & Cheese

D: TBD

S: Premier Protein and Decaf coffee, skim milk and splenda

E: 3 mile walk on lunch break on the treadmill. It's rainy and cold.

FriYAY!! I laughed at your meeting description...I so do not have a poker face. I have to control the eye roll and the glazed look as I go to a tropical Island or something while someone is blah blah-ing on nothing, especially bad when you are running the meeting. I was just talking about this last night, as the trainer told me to do something, and he went "Don't make a face, you have to do it anyway" He said he noticed it the first day...oops.

So my NSV that I am very proud of is - One I am overcoming my fear/intimidation of the treadmill...dancing away at my nephew's wedding last Friday aggravated my left knee some- so I haven't been doing my outdoor running, and used the treadmill at the gym because it isn't as hard on your knees.... But the thing I am proud of is 2 days in a row I ran 2 x 1lap (rowing in between laps) and did ALL running, no walking. A lap is a quarter mile. Who am I? I know this is small compared to most runners but for me it is huge. I figure it will help me build up to less walking outdoors as well.

A wedding pics- ****tail Hour tower of meat - and today's outfit of the day which is actually a sport skirt with shorts underneath (Costco)

Had very small pouch days the last 2 days. having my own acid issues causing this low grade nausea...so here is a menu, but who knows?

B: Coffee Latte w/fairlife/MCT oil, scrambled eggs

L: Grilled chicken, cesear dressing green beans

S: siggi yogurt

D: Meat Sauce and zoodles (This was sooo good. Made the meat sauce in the IP)

S: PB on a spoon, Protein Hot Chocolate

EX: Pilates or Gym

EDIT: The evening dress was $36 on Amazon- one of those Chinese dresses. It survived the evening- my SIL said "Be careful don't go near any open flames or water it might disappear" LOL
