Hello everyone. I've been gone a long time! I had my surgery in 2012, got pregnant one year later in 2013 and had my son 3 years ago in December. So I'm 5 years out. I have put on a bit of weight and been trying to take it off. Really just about 20-30 lbs I want to get off. Has anyone out there tried a ketogenic diet after surgery? I've been on it for a while and took off 10 lbs pretty quickly, but just nothing since. I just can't seem to get this little bit of rebound weight off. Any suggestions?

Keto is a good plan.

Pretty much anytime you make a big diet change to lose weight, you'll have a 3 week stall. Not just after WLS.

Weigh and track your food. Keep your calories low. Dense protein.

It's hard. But lots of people lose regain doing it that way.
