I always get 1 or 2 tacos, usually beef, sometimes the lengua and the beef fajita meat... I just grab a fork and eat out the meat and salsa and skip the corn tortillas...

I love Tres Leche... but I didn't even smell this one too much... happy to say, delivered to the school without even a sampling of the luscious whipped cream icing! But, OMG, the milks were literally dripping out of it! So fresh and gorgeous, all covered in big pieces of fruit. This grocery store is so authentic! I'm usually one of the only full time English speaking people in there, but they are always very nice and accommodating...

((((HUGS)))) Life has just been busy busy busy for me, PHEW Kids and their sports/activities, work, then I started taking an accounting class, dealt with some horrible depression this Winter that I finally went and tried to get some help for, and I seem to maybe be slowly clawing my way out of it.

QOTD: I actually don't drink coffee...or tea....BUT my husband is partial to Dunkins, and also will get McDonalds coffee. Starbucks isnt high on his list though.

Welcome back!!!

I like to shred up a little chicken in the bottom of a bowl and then top it with the spaghetti sauce and cheese! It's yum!

I'm glad you are feeling better, and hopefully continues on!

Chicken and I have an understanding, I don't try and eat it, and it doesn't try and kill me

Fair enough! I had that issue with it for a long time... thankfully now we're friends again... as long as I pay attention to how quickly I eat it anyway!

I still have yet to try tuna again... I used to love to flavored packets of tuna, and after it trying to kill me a few times, I gave up...

Good morning! Cool and overcast this morning, but it will be sunny this afternoon, yay! Carpooled with BF today...he was cranky and I almost turned around and dropped him off back at the house. He apologized and agreed to hike with me right after work. As long as I can still do my thing, I guess this carpool thing could work out but that cranky crap has to go.

QOTD - What I wouldn't give for a dozen chocolate glazed munchkins from Dunkin's! There aren't any DD's around here, boo. When I am out, I am Starbucks girl. At home, I use Peet's Major Dickason Dark Roast in the Keurig and Starbucks Espresso roast in the French press. All YUM!

5+ months out
