QOTD: I almost never buy coffee, I make it at home. I put almond milk in black coffee. If I'm driving somewhere I might get a cup at a gas station convenience store.

Good morning JB and menu crew!
I'm on day 4 of my 21 Day Fix and finally feeling less sore. Today is Pilates so I will be doing that tonight. I have also met my very modest 6000 steps goal each day this week. I am going to increase it each week.
And.... I've decided to become a Beachbody coach. A few ladies in my local bariatric support group have asked me about the program as have a couple of friends, and it's an idea I've had for a while. JB there will be posts on my Facebook but I will definitely try hard not to spam.
QOTD: I love Starbucks. My family are all Tim's fans but Starbucks all the way for me. I usually have 1 grande coffee a day or every other day and sometimes it's decaf. I always try to add in more water on the days I have caffeine.
Menu:
B: Protein Shake
L: Chicken Taco salad- basically shredded chicken that was cooked in the instant pot with salsa, guacamole, black olives, cheese and a little lettuce for crunch
D: I think it's hamburgers on the menu tonight. I will have a bunless one of course. Sometimes they go down well and sometimes they don't. If not, there's still chicken in the fridge .

77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!
Coffee. Blech. I never liked the taste, or even the smell. I get more than enough second hand coffee these days.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

Glad to hear the work situation is favorable JB. Let us know what the myriad of doctors say too. That is way too many in one day. That's one thing I love about getting the weight off is fewer doctor appointments. My rheumatologist is every 4 months now because I'm not having any RA pain and my cardiologist who used to be every 3 months is now every 2 years. Love It! No walk yet for Lily and I as its still raining. Supposed to possibly let up this afternoon so we will walk then. If not there's always the dreaded treadmill for me. Post op 4 years 8 months and weight at 117.4 today. Here's the food for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese with guacamole D 31/2 oz baked cod 1/2 c Santa Fe veggie blend S P3 Pak. QOTD I rarely buy coffee out just make at home. If I'm out I will get McDonald or QT coffee.
