Good afternoon,
They shut the water off at my apartment complex for the day. Hopefully I don't run out of water before it's turned back on.
Hope im not getting sick, I've had a sore throat since last night.
QOTD I've tried the military diet where you should lose 10 pounds in a week. Also tried Xenical, prescription weight loss pill, it had bad side effects, bad diarrhea and an oily discharge.
Brunch scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links and pancake
D chicken leg quarter and some kind of vegetable.
S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange.
Have a good day
Happy Wednesday!
This week has been crazy with about 100- work schedule changes and I haven't been able to post!
Today is another crazy day but I wanted to get a post in anyway, even if it is late.
I did Atkins once, but most of my weight loss plans involved calorie counting and I guess still do post op.

The CitriCal Petite's. They were at my local pharmacy and don't have added carbs to worry about. When I go to my next appointment in a month or so I'll look at their supply of the bariatric advantage chews to see if I can find the ones will less carbs that only need to be taken twice a day as I have to take the petites more often and I don't enjoy swallowing them. I could swallow hourse pills no-problem pre-op, but that doesn't seem to be the same post-op, lol.
