What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning! Sleep is so precious, glad to hear you had a good night JB. I love your macaroon/éclair insurance!!
Yesterday, I ended up going home early from work as I could not sit without the horrible sciatica pain. I skipped pilates also. At home, I stretched and stretched but it wasn't until BF helped push me a bit further that I finally had relief. I slept like a baby and feel great today, ahhhh.
QOTD - I think I've been on every diet known, but the craziest one, or so I thought until RNY was this strict meat and egg only diet I did many years ago. Everyone though I was nuts and that it was so unhealthy. Funny since it's exactly what I am eating now.
5+ months post op

b2-meat stick

Happy Wednesday, everyone. Yay for a good night's sleep. Makes everything so much better. Macaron/eclair insurance. Ha! I need champagne/fois gras insurance.
Hang in there today. I can imagine there is a lot of insecurity, fear and anger in the air. I know you'll help them work it out. There's a reason they are coming to you for coffee dates.
Today is going to be a glorious day in the 80's. I am so happy! I have Pilates this morning, and then I am going to hike a local park. It's basically a cinder cone in the middle of Portland, so it has tons of stairs and steep trails. Good booty work out. I also have to fit in the IKEA trip I didn't do the other day.
QOTD: I never really did crazy diets, just calorie counting, Weigh****chers, etc. I always lost weight, and then put it right back on + more when I started to drift.
2-1/2 years post op:
B: Egg Beaters, ham and mozzarella omelette
S: Light & Fit Greek Yogurt
L: Ham and white bean soup
D: Chicken thigh
S: Iberico Spanish ham, blue cheese
Totals: calories 749, carbs 47, Protein 84
Have a wonderful day, everyone!

Enjoy the beautiful day!
Oops I forgot about champagne and cheese. I don't think I purchased enough insurance! D'oh!
Goood morning!
QOTD: I have done them all! A shot of apple cider vinegar every morning, the heart surgery diet supposedly created by a heart surgeon for patients to loose weight fast before surgery. It consisted of crackers, tuna, cottage cheese, oranges and vanilla ice cream lol. I did Herbalife but you had to take so many yucky pills all day they ended up hurting my stomach and I vomited every morning for months after I stopped taking them.
B - Coffee with creamer
L1 - chicken thigh
L2 - meatballs
S - P3 protein snack
D - brats w/sauerkraut

Oh I forgot about Herbalife. I think maybe my mom did that one... I can't remember.
Also gotta love a diet that includes ice-cream, huh? No wonder we all needed surgery...
Happy Wednesday! The scale is being awful to me, and I've been exceptionally hungry. So, today I'm not going to limit what I eat as long as its dense protein (with a coffee thrown in). I have a bunch of snacks with me and I'll see if it helps. That means no nuts after the gym, etc. Meat, eggs will be my friend today.
JBQOTD - The cabbage soup diet. Bloated, gassy and still fat.
My plan:
B: Ground turkey, jack cheese (and I went off my plan by having 5 pea pods)
L: Chicken breast, cheese
D: Tri tip and I guess I'll forgo my artichoke
S: Skinny latte, sliced ham, hard boiled egg
It's going to be hot today (in the 90's) so even though I need a run, I'll probably end up at spin, then a class called wreck and recover (30 minute HIIT class and 30 minutes foam rolling/stretching)

Did I tell you that once I got my acid back under control, my ravenous hunger also kicked to the curb? And I was hungry for a lot longer than I realized I had acid. I can't know for sure, but I think it was there, but hidden.
