What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning! Ah, I finally got a decent night's sleep and I am feeling much more "with it", already at 4am. And that is a good thing, because today is going to be super intense and awkward. It's an all-staff meeting day, and it will be the first time that we are all in the same room at the same time, since the announcement about the lay-offs. I also have a lot of coffee dates scheduled with co-workers who "want to talk" so I don't think I will be getting a lot done, today.
Food is still on track, but I did have about 2c. of unplanned popcorn last night. But my calories were still very low for the day and I lost another 1/2 pound overnight. Whoohoo! I think I am actually going to reach my goal! Can I just say how much I love this surgery?? I decided to take this opportunity to keep losing, so I reset myself to a new lower goal and try go to Paris lower than my usual range (we'll call that the Macaroon/Eclair insurance). Wish me luck!
QOTD: What is the craziest Fad Diet you ever tried? I never really did anything too crazy, but I did do some juicing. I had a co-worker who was obsessed with the Raw Food Diet (she weighed about 80 pounds, anyway). And I currently know someone who is doing the Blood Type Diet and cannot shut up about it. Also I feel like 1 in 5 of my friends on Facebook are trying to sell me some kind of Shakeology or 21 Day Fix product.
21 month post op / 117.5lbs today / trying to lose 5 more lbs!
B: Fit Frappe Mocha & HB egg
S: 3oz Sliced Turkey with Quinoa Pesto

Exercise: Depending on how he foot is feeling, I will either take the subway or walk 4 miles to and from the commuter train. Hoping I can walk...my step count this week is dismal!
Hey guys!
I've been off the menu thread recently. I've been going non-stop since I wake up with my new commute, work, unpacking, exercise, meal planning. At least I have my freezer WELL stocked with meals. I keep wanting to try new bariatric recipes even when I have 80% of my last one frozen in 5 single serving bags... (and the 4 recipes before that one). cooking for one can be a drag...
JB, omg, layoffs?! Have they been specific or is it just hanging over you like the sword of Damocles? This is what happens when I'm off the thread for a couple days.
QOTD: ok, I don't know if this was ever actually a FAD but I did something called the Shangri-La diet where you eat food without flavor and it helps suppress your appetite. This included eating cottage cheese wearing a nose plug and doing shots of canola oil. It was super weird, but I DID lose like 30 lbs.
Work from home day. Dog getting groomed. Errands. Living it up on a Wednesday!
Plan:
Breakfast 1: coffee with premier protein
Breakfast 2: syntrax vanilla latte with fairlife milk
Lunch: cottage cheese and zucchini egg bite
Dinner: Italian "chicken" with half a scrambled egg and riced cauliflower
Snack: Greek yogurt with strawberry mousse syntrax and cheesecake sugar free pudding mix
Exercise: I was thinking that I was just gonna walk the dog... Maybe a half mile jog so I can log into work by 6:30.... because I scheduled an incredibly inconvenient appointment this morning for my dog to be groomed because I thought I needed to be around to sign for a package later. Turns out I don't and now my morning's wonky....
But now I'm having an internal debate and I maybe want to run a little farther.... it depends how long I lie here in bed before getting up...

Good morning Grimberry and everyone!
QOTD: The weirdest "diet" I tried was at the suggestion of a boss I had years ago. As a matter of fact, it was soooo many years ago that I can't remember all the specifics but it involved drink a glass of vinegar before every meal. My boss ay that times idea. Well I tried it for one day and became so bloated and full of gas that one day was all I could take. What was I or my boss thinking! LOL I had tried a lot of diets over the years but that was the worst, lol.
Menu:
Breakfast: egg, ham and cheese scramble
Lunch: Turkey and cheese rollups
Dinner: protein but not sure what yet.
Last night I had Salmon on a plank with orange and ginger that was pretty good.
