Just feeling crappy
I've lost 70 pounds in a little less than 5 months. Lately I've had extreme fatigue and generally just feel yucky. Just had full labs done and all that was low was calcium, which is being addressed immediately. Everything else is normal. Has anyone else experienced this? My doctor and I are at a loss. What is wrong with me?!?!?

It's hard to help you without your actual numbers from your lab work. You may be within "normal" range with your labs but "normal" may be "low" for you. Keeping a spread sheet of your numbers and watching for trends is critical for vitamin supplementation.
My ferritin was over 100 before surgery. At my year labs it was down to 50. My doctor did not keep track of trends, but I did. He said not to worry about it. 6 months later my ferritin was at 13 and I was exhausted all the time. The bottom of "normal" for ferritin is 12 (range is 12 to 150) , so a doctor would tell you that you were within "normal" range at 13. I got a referral to a hematologist and was schedule for iron infusions the next week. My hematologist said that we can have low iron symptoms when our ferritin dips below 50.
As WLS patients we need to keep our numbers on the higher end of "normal". It's easy to supplement when you know the trends. It's hard to come back from a severe deficiency.
I second what Rocky says. I was well within normal for B-12, but was having low B-12 symptoms. I now sit above normal and it works much better for me. First labs my Vit D was a 20 or 30, whatever the bottom number for 'normal' is- the surgeon was- "Your Vitamin D is fine"...even with non WLS people the optimum level is 60-70. Need to be your own avocate and always ask for a copy of your lab work.

As others - just normal is not good enough for me.
At one time some of my numbers were normal, but just barely...
I need my numbers optimum for me. I.e. I need my B12 to be 800 or higher or I feel like crap. Ferritin - below 30 - I am a mess. And so on.
All for copies of your labs.
