Good morning! Good for you sticking with your food plan! I find it always helps to have an extra incentive.

QOTD: I have avoided breads quite a few times as I love it. DS was working in a boulangerie for a while and bringing this wonderful bread home. I kept sticking it in the freezer to provide a buffer.

I just want to mention that I used riced cauliflower instead of pasta yesterday and it was great! I think it was the texture that I really liked added to my dish.

I love riced cauliflower and it is helping me not to miss the starches as much. Plus it really tastes good!

Riced cauliflower, mashed cauliflower, and zoodles are a mainstay at our house these days! Love them all!

(Oh, and cottage cheese... I will put all kinds of meats over it and I love the way it blends together in my mouth!)
