QOTD I didn't buy cookies when I stopped for coffee on Saturday.
B spinach, red pepper, ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D chicken leg quarter and some kind of vegetable
S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

Thanks JB and Grim, I needed that laugh today really badly.
QOTD: Today is the teacher appreciation day luncheon! It's usually a bunch of salads with a bunch of pasta and amazing desserts so I brought my lunch and almost didn't go in. I ending up going and they actually had chicken marasala and I was able to scrape of the sauce and eat that along with some raw veggies. I avoided the pastas, pizzas, calzones, cookies, cake, brownies, cup cakes and the hardest was chocolate dipped strawberries. I didn't touch any of them so yeah me!
B: decaf coffee, protein hot chocolate
L: chicken tenders, celery and carrot sticks
D: Sirloin Steak, broccoli
S: Left over salsa crack chicken, babybel
calories 709, protein 106, carbs 26, fat 20

QOTD: last food that I thought about eating - but didn't - was some Halo Top ice cream that I got on sale that was in my basement freezer. I haven't tried Halo Top yet but was curious after reading about it here - so I got it a week or so ago when the price was marked down. Anyway, it would have put me over my 1700 calorie limit for the day, so after much himming and hawing, I closed the freezer door. Hooray for me!!
23 months out tomorrow! (maintenance):
B: homemade Greek yogurt, flaxseed, 5 strawberries
S: "Orange Julius" protein shake, coffee with half & half
L: 1 C asparagus soup, 1 C cottage cheese
D: leftover Caribbean pork stir-fry (with zucchini, carrots, red bell peppers, and fire-roasted diced tomatoes)
maybe another yogurt or a "shamrock shake" this evening (if I can afford the calories)
I didn't eat the little samples of pastry while getting my coffee.
Just got back from the vet $$. My obese dog jumped off the bed last week and has been 3 legged walking since. No fracture. She's currently nodding off on a pain killer.
I'm eating curried lentils today. Yogurt,coffee, And some chicken thighs from a good Greek takeout.
A late post from me. Had a very busy day.
QOTD- my daughter asked me to make Pavlova for her birthday and I didn't get a chance until this past weekend. I could tell it turned out perfectly and it's my absolute favourite dessert. I didn't even have a taste.

Started my 21 day fix program yesterday. I'm so sore. But a good sore.
