What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Losing our pets is so hard. {{hugs}}
The skin- If you can find a place, I highly recommend a dexascan for Bodyfat. It really help me realize at this stage of the game where I was at, and the lie the excess skin told. The day of surgery my skin said I had 30-40 excess pounds on me- in reality I had 4.5lbs of skin. Night and day difference.
I stress ate Only 8 diet frozen yogurt yesterday. My control was I only asked for a Medium Cone with chocolate crunchies on it instead of an avalanche which is like a mixer with about 16oz of yogurt with peanut butter sauce and chocolate crunchies mixed in.

boy I have been there so many times, and it is TOUGH. And it never gets any easier. I'm so sorry you are going through this. You will be in my thoughts.
as for not being sure if you want to lose more - have you had one of those commercial DEXA scans that does body composition analysis? That decision became easier for me once I learned my fat percentage (22%). According to the tech, 22% is fine, but I probably don't want to go much lower than that, or I'll just be consuming muscle.

So so so sorry to hear that news
I know that when I heard about my job on Thursday I just wanted to eat crap and hide. But thankfully I have Paris to keep me motivated and on track--otherwise I am not sure I wouldn't have gone off the rails.
p.s. I missed you last week and I am glad you are posting again! You are a ray of sunshine :)
I'm so sorry for your loss. You've been missed around here.

So sorry about the puppy (they are always puppies to me). Mine are 15.5 and 13.5 now and obviously we don't know how much time they have. All we can do as "parents" is help them go easily when the time comes, and it sounds like you all did that for her.
