I get a Potassium/Magnesium Aspartate in capsules from GNC. For calcium, I take the Calcium Citrate caplets from Costco. They have Magnesium and Zinc. :D

like some other posters, I also buy the 500 mg chews. I have to take calcium three times a day, so I add Upcal D (a calcium citrate powder) to my morning yogurt. That is only 9 calories. Then I take two of the chews (15 calories each) later in the day.

Hi Melissa,

My surgeon likes Bariatric Fusion vitamins. I will be doing their chewable multis, whi*****lude 1200 mg of calcium per 4 tabs (you take 4 per day). The label says this calcium is calcium citrate/carbonate. Each tablet contains less than 5 calories, and 1.4 grams of carbs, so 20 calories and 5.6 grams of carbs per day. Then also make soft chew multi and some sort of pixie-powder multi that you stir into water, as well as other vitamins. The chewables are $24.99 for a one-month supply.
