Your cat pictures could be framed or put on a postcard or a jigsaw puzzle. They are gorgeous! Your cats are either very photogenic or you're an awesome photographer or both!

oh thanks! They are pretty photogenic. As for me, I always take a boatload of pictures of whatever my subject is (like 10 or 20) - out of all those, there's usually one or two really goods in there!

Morning RNY'ers! Today is my surgiversary! Two years down. I have no lofty words of wisdom or reflection-- my overwhelming thought when I woke this morning was "I can't believe it, I still can't believe it." So my then/now pics are my photo Friday offering.

Weekend plans: its NFL draft and Penn Relays are going on in the city- so there is lots to do- none of which I'm interested in personally. Hubby will take the boys to the NFL draft experience tomorrow afternoon. I have not other plans-- where ever the wind takes me! Hmmm. maybe I'll go for a bike ride...

QOTD: My favorite decade so far-- 1995-2005: the period after graduating high school, college years, starting my first professional job, getting married, starting a family. That period formed the fierce independent, non-nonsense Shauna you know today :-)

2 years out today!! 195.5 today

M1: Nature Valley granola/protein bar, soft pretzel (bought them for the office and I couldn't resist one! (Carbs are spent for the day and its only 9AM!!!)

M2: Greek yogurt, berries, granola

M3: 3.5 ox lunch meat roll-up

M4: I'm NOT cooking so who know. I've been wanting shrimp- so either I'll buy a bag and sautee some or order it as take out.

I'm feeling so good today I may go for a run- and I NEVER exercise on Fridays!
