Love the pic of you and your son Mari in front of Bumblebee! You look awesome. I LOVE mini golf and play whenever I can! Your niece & nephew are adorable! You chicken looks delish, great job at getting back to home cooking, especially if you love it!
I finally have a picture to share this week. It is of a crocheted tree bomb that I helped participate in for a friend's nursery school. It is fun to think about the kids enjoying all the granny squares that we made.
Last night was my second night of deep water aerobics. It was fun and I was less uncoordinated that I was on Tuesday. I also put in two walks, one long and one short.
Breakfast: egg whites with LF cheddar
Snack: Apple Ecstasy protein shake
Lunch: salmon
Snack: Greek yogurt with SF raspberry jam
Dinner: shrimp with riced cauliflower
Exercise: an extra long walk hopefully before it gets too hot

Great job on the swimming and water aerobics, I love doing that as well and need to check my local community centre and see if they do water aerobics, such a great workout!
I will admit I had to google "tree bomb" that is a new one for me, that is very cool, its like crochet graffiti! Very cool.

Good morning everyone!
This week has gone by so fast, which is just fine with me because...weekend!! I'm settling into the new job and already feeling like I've been here longer than two weeks... although this morning I started driving to my old job, 5:30 is not when I do my best thinking. Lol
QOTD I'm struggling with this one, each time I think I've picked a decade I remember all the "life" that happened during it and change my mind. I'm going to say the 90's were my personal happiness decade, the first half were spent in high school and the second half was college, falling in love, buying a house etc.
5 months post op
B- coffee w/ 1/2 chocolate premier
L- chicken breast
D- sirloin, tomatoes and goat cheese
S- coffee w/ remaining premier, Turkey bite
Have a great Friday and an awesome weekend!

Glad the new job is going well Christine! I am with you I am not a morning person LOL
Your weight loss stats per month are awesome, keep up the amazing work my friend I am so impressed!
Ok today will be a multiple coffee day yet again, with more caffeine this time instead of all decaf. As LONG as I don't get dizzy/shaky. Today was my weigh in, 123.6. While it is not 125 which I determined is my panic mode number, I really do want to keep this weight under 120. And I have not pooped in 2 days so that is part of it also. I will weigh again on Tuesday maybe? Still trying to figure it out really and dealing with the emotions associated with not weighing each day.
Some angel donated a %$% load of Benetton clothes to the thrift store all in my size. I bought a few pieces when I first saw them at full price, then have been stalking the racks each time and they were 1/2 price yesterday. I bought some tops and a black jacket (tops were $2 and jacket was $3). Waiting it out till monday when the rest will be $1 and will snatch up the dresses. I didn't want to pay $4 each for them, hahah!
Plans for this weekend: today running to a farmers market after work, then to home depot to pickup my online order (chicken feeder stuff, gardening stuff, etc) and then to the landscape store to get sand for the chicken coop. We are HOPING to get the older ones in in the next week.
Food for today: coffee, last of gizzards, chicken meatballs?, fresh garden romaine/lettuce, maybe a protein cake/yogurt.
Pics today are of out little camper - not sure I posted final pics or not- it is a 1959 corvette cardinal
Other pic is one of my Rhode Island red hens.
