Good morning menu crew!

Happy Friday!

JB: Great photo of you and Daisy! So great that you guys had so much fun together.

QOTD: I was a 90's girl, just because my high school and college years were in the 90s, so that was the most memorable. Doesn't mean I don't appreciate the 80s any less, I just remember the 90s more. In terms of happiness, this decade would be it for me as well.

Yesterday's retreat was a success! I tried my best and made it through all the obstacles, 7 of which I know I would've never had the courage to even consider pre-surgery.

To answer Grim's question from yesterday: There is a trust fall in the course, but we ran out of time with that one. There was also a "short wall" to climb over, which was 8 feet, but we'd already done the one where you hoist over a 6.5 foot log beam, and both of our partners in the firm are over 60, so our instructors didn't push us.

Todays Plan :

B: Homemade Sausage Egg Bites (1 serving)

S: Premiere Protien Chocolate

L:40 garlic clove chicken (1 thigh)

S: 1 oz Beef Jerky & 1/2 serving Egg bite

D: 3 Meatballs w/ Yoshida Sauce, SF Choc Pudding made with Fairlife Milk + 1/2 scoop Syntrax Vanilla

Stats : Cal 954, Carb 53, Fat 41, Protein 81

Vitamins & water: about to start

Exercise: 20 min walk at lunch

This weekend we took my son to Ripley's believe it or not in williamsburg, Played a round of Putt Putt, walked through the museum, and saw a 4D film short of ANgry birds.

Here's some photos of my niece, who is changing every day! The left with her older brother was from last week, and the right just from yesterday.

I'm so happy to be back at cooking for my family again. One of my love languages I guess. My 40 Cloves Garlic chicken from wednesday night served over cauliflower mash:
