What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
QOTD- I'm going to say that my best decade is going to be this one... it's been the hardest for sure, but the most healthy, both physically and mentally.
I've been at my new job this week, items going great but I haven't checked in due to limited time and access. I've navigated the welcoming luncheons, drinks out, and living with my patents pretty well. Tonight I head back home to my apt (about 2hrs away). Sunday, when i pack for week II, I'll have a MUCH better idea of what food items to bring! this week I ate a lot of sashimi to get my protein up. Overall, I was under in protein most days this week. IT'S hard to get protein in under 600 calories using food from convenient stores. Cottage cheese had been my bff!
