What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
on 4/28/17 2:10 am
It's Photo Friday!!! Post 'em if you have 'em! Mine is an oldie but a goodie! This is a pic of me and Daisy last summer, visiting the Newport mansions and trying on fancy clothes and hats. I totally mss this girl and appreciate her support to me from afar this week :) I feel so lucky that I found an amazing friend and an amazing boyfriend on OH (of all places!!). Crazy...I guess being fat paid off, eventually, LOL.
QOTD: What has been your favorite decade? I am an 80s girl, through and through! I loved the fashion and music (I spent a few years attempting to be mistaken for Madonna...can you believe it never happened??). But in terms of personal happiness, I actually think the 2010s are winning, even though I have had a lot of personal shake ups. I guess the older I get the more I feel ready to handle whatever life throw at me.

Morning gang! We finally had a nice day outside yesterday, after getting about 9 inches of rain over the last three days.
I'm not sure I have a favorite decade. This is a pretty darn good one though. My least favorite is easy -- the 2000s. Blech.
This picture is from luch last week with JB. We went into a pizza/sandwich shop we had never been in before. I ordered what I thought was just a cheeseburger, but it turned out to be a cheeseburger sub. I think that's what you'd call it. But the bun was so big, it could have fed a family of eight back in the old country for three days. That's my hand next to it, for scale.

I didn't eat any of the top bun. I ate the meat, cheese, and half the bottom bun for lunch that day, and the same for lunch the next.
I'm always afraid my fat self will come find me in his time machine and smack me for eating so little.

We should post another pic of my hand next to your hand for even more scale. Ha.
Everything looks bigger next to your hand.

I know, right? There were actually three patties buried in there, but you'd hurt your eyes looking for them.
