Hey yall

things are good really happy about the weekend though my weekend is filling up fast.

QOTD: I would say maybe a character from covert affairs where you work for the CIA and are in the field. pretty interesting stuff. OR maybe sukie's friend from gilmore so I can make and cook all day. OR someone like Emily from Devil wears prada so I can play in clothes all day!

I don't know how much I weigh, have not weighed since tuesday. I will weigh in the morning. In an attempt to curb my sweet tooth last night I probably ate 6 ounces of gizzards and a pile of green beans. BUT I didn't eat chocolate or the leftover easter candy or cookies. better to eat the gizzards I suppose.

B; inside of an evol egg wrap, it was meh, 2 egg whites/decaf/miralax

S: not sure

L: leftover tilapia (the rest of the seafood salt bomb soup is gone)

S: not sure

D: I'm thinking turkey or chicken meatballs and mac for DH

S: not sure but it might be more gizzards, lets see..

Um, yes. Gilmore Girls! I have a thing for Logan, which I know is terrible because he's pretty terrible, but I him. Also; I want to be part of the family in Parenthood.

Today is my first official leg day. Send prayers! I was not back down to my lowest this morning but I was close. I sent illogical brain back to her hiding place for the time being. It's going to be 80 degrees here today! I'm sad to be stuck at work. I got to ride my bike to work yesterday and today though.

Quick pop in this morning. I've been away from Internet since Sunday as hubby came home from his shoot about 2 in the afternoon and 15 minutes later we went to the local state park to camp. We came home yesterday afternoon and leave tonight for 3 more nights away. JB I too would suggest you see a doctor. As Deanna said if it heals wrong it can cause issues later. Post op 4 years 8 months and weight at 117 today after 3 days minus a scale. Of course Lily and I walked and walked. We also have our 3.2 miles in for today too. I'll probably walk up to the church this evening to a meeting if it's not raining. Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli meat and cheese with guacamole D 1 c ham and beans S P3 Pak. Trying to stay away from bars to see if it affects my hunger levels. Undecided as of yet.
