QOTD: I don't think that has ever happened where I've thought of someone my age looking older or younger. My mother in-law and brother's wife are both the same age and the difference is startling. My mother in-law looks and acts at least 20 years older... crazy.

The mother-in-law story made me remember that I saw a picture of my grandmother once and realized she was probably about 45 when the pic was taken! But you would have mistaken her for 65 because of the way she presented herself. I am probably just about the same age as she was in that picture, now. Damn!

Good afternoon everyone! We had an incredible trip to South Carolina. We all loved it and can't wait to go back. I stuck to my plan all week, got more walking in than usual and managed to gain a lb. sigh. Whatever. Lol- trying hard to not stress over the scale. Still dealing with a lot of work stress and may end up looking for another job soon so I don't need the scale to add stress.
QOTD: I think I look a bit younger than my age although I'm sure the saggy skin will change that. I'm the oldest of 3 and I have been told I look younger than my siblings. For the most part I think my friends and I all look around the same age.

B: Protein Shake, coffee
L: Corned Beef with mustard, Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt (stocked up on these and I'm really going to miss them!)
D: BBQ Chicken Breast with mixed veggies
