Yesterday was a Monday from hell but I survived it and here I am. When I got to work today we could all hear a kitten screaming. A mamma cat had kittens up above our offices and one fell down behind the walls. We got one of the guys to drill a big hole in the wall and we were able to rescue it! It's only about 2 weeks old and it seems like it just opened its eyes. It's sleeping on my desk wrapped up in a shirt. Poor little guy! No telling how long it was in the wall. My Cat at home had kittens on Easter so I might take it home to see if she will take it in.
QOTD: Yes, I've ran into people that I went to school with that look so much older than me. There are some that look exactly the same. People used to guess me as younger when I was heavier but now I look like my age.
B - I ate 2 boiled eggs and that was way too much! I'm miserably full
L - I have a lunch meeting so probably just a small salad...if I'm even hungry.
S - P3 protein snack
D - goulash made with ground beef, sausage and veggies.

Good morning! I have a busy long day ahead but it should go by fast. I see my PCP for the first time this morning since he referred me for WLS. I've never looked forward to seeing him because of my weight, but this time I am!
QOTD - I have always been told I look young for my age. The biggest Whhhaaattt I've had was with online dating a few years ago. Meeting men my age (give or take a year or two) that seemed 15+ years older in looks and energy was baffling to me. One guy I met was actually 2 years younger, but looked old enough to be my father.

Happy Tuesday. We have mandatory training today, so that will take up a chunk of my time. Other than that, I'm expecting a blah kind of day. I was exceptionally high protein (for me) under calories and I was rewarded with a gain. Go me!! Eh, whatever. The big test will be tomorrow. We're having a staff appreciation lunch and I need to dress in something other than my jeans. So, I'm going to wear a dress I bought in Las Vegas with Nikki and Kelly. Here's hoping that sucker fits. If I remember, it was a size 2P and just fit, so the few lbs I've added since then doesn't bode well for me. It better fit, because I really have no other options.
JBQOTD - Not really. I know people always think I'm younger than I am, and I attribute that to being short. Also, people always think I'm younger when I talk to them on the phone. I once had a representative at the cable company refuse to help me because he wanted to speak to my mother. Never mind that the account, and the mortgage, is in my name.
My plan:
B: Citrus marinated chicken (3.63 oz)
S: skinny latte, HB egg
L: Tri tip (3.56 oz) and spinach
S: Yogurt and almonds after the gym
D: ??? Maybe steak since it's easy to cook after the gym, but that's a lot of red meat (which actually doesn't bother me, but . . .), steamed artichoke
E: either spin or HIIT, I haven't decided. I need to run, but it is WINDY and I don't feel like fighting 30 mph gusts in the park
