What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning JB and Menu Family!
QOTD: I can't think of anyone I've compared myself to, but I often get told I look younger than I am. (60). However, now I have some saggy skin flapping off my arms and other wrinkles I didn't have before WLS. Still, I'd rather be thinner and look like a melted candle in places on my body, than plump and obese with smooth skin!
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks
L: taco meat, cheese, sour cream, 1/2 flour tortilla
D: taco meat, cheese, sour cream, 1/2 flour tortilla
S: light n fit Greek yogurt
Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision (if this rain lets up)
Have a great day everyone!

60 campsites to start. We have never done this so it is a learning experience... hence the big grins. We are having so much fun playing!

QOTD: people age at all different rates. Especially in their 40s and 50s, it's sometimes hard to tell how old people are. I was surprised to see pictures from some of my last couple of high school reunions (I've never gone, but fortunately, people post pictures). Some people look amazing - others look ancient. I always looked young for my age when I was obese - but now I look ancient. Or maybe I just look my age now!
22 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt, flaxseed, raspberries
S: snickerdoodle protein shake
L: 1/2 chicken wrap, orange or apple
D: carnitas (with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream)
