What's on your Sunday menu RNYers?
Good morning IF and crew! Thanks for starting us off again on this beautiful Sunday morning!
QOTD: taco salad of any meat variety. Usually I use ground chicken breast, but hamburger works too. A taco salad with meat, lettuce, shredded cheese and salsa for the dressing works really well for me. I have been freezing portions so I can nuke them and have a nice taco salad on the go.
B: Premier Protein chocolate with coffee, 2 scrambled eggs
L: Dannon L&F yogurt
D: Chili, homemade
S: beef jerky, Syntrax fuzzy navel in water, diet cran something in water
Totals: 655 calories, 81 protein 50 carbs 17 fat

Hello everyone,
It's been a beautiful day here in CT! I've been doing all of my cooking and grilling for the week.
QOTD:My go to meals are: breakfast: eggs and turkey sausage, ham or bacon. Lunch is usually a turkey roll up. Dinner varies with proteins and broccoli rabe. Snacks: osrtim meat sticks or meat roll up.
B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L: 3oz turkey breast
S: 1.25 ostrim meat stick
D: either grilled tofu or tofu salad
S: 3/4 serving plain chobani yogurt, 1/2 tbs sf apricot preserve
Cals: 644, Carbs:14, Protein:84

Hello all -
Another very late post from me. Busy day for me today. Took my niece to church, after church we did some shopping and then went to a friend's house for late lunch. Then I had to drive her home, it is normally about an hour each way, but there is a ton of road construction going on so it took alot longer. I stayed and visited with my brother and the rest of his family for about an hour before heading back home.
Scale is once again not moving. It looks like when I eat lower than 600 calories my scale does not move. The last time I lost weight was on Wednesday mornings weigh in. I was below 600 calories on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Saturday I ate 649, and today 636, so I will have to wait til morning and see if the scale will move for me.
QOTD: My go to protein meals lately have been tuna pouches and packaged smoked salmon especially at work.
Menu:
Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled with 1Tbsp bacon pieces
Lunch / Dinner - 150 grams buffalo burger, 1 cup portabella mushrooms, 2oz zucchini, 1/2 cup asparagus all weighed prior to cooking ( split between two meals...and did not finish everything - 1/4 veggies left)
Snack - 2.7 ounces shrimp w/ 1 Tbsp ****tail sauce
Calories - 636, Protein - 78, Carbs - 14
