Oh, I just messaged you via FB- I nearly forgot. I was just looking at my nails thinking that they're missing something sparkly. I'm in a hot pink now- the last color last 7 days with very little signs of wear/chipping.

Hey Peach! I'm always looking for a polish that doesn't start chipping right away. Are you also using a base or topcoat? Also, does it take forever and a day to dry?

It's the Essie Couture line. I never use a base coat (lazy) but do use a top coat. Both the polish & top coat is I've been using is essie Couture. I got 7 days of wear.

It dries fast and removes very easily.

QOTD: I'm proud that I've had this surgery and stuck to the rules like glue. I'm proud of how much I've accomplished. I'm at a weight now that I never dreamt I'd actually get to. I don't remember ever being here in my adult life although I'm sure I was for a hot second on the way up. I'll be even prouder when I can maintain the loss and very VERY thankful to all the vets who stick around here to help.

Morning yall

what business are you starting? How did I miss that?

Forgot qotd: I suppose the bargains below. Also I haven't killed anything in my garden and I have a black thumb!

i slept in for once which never happens. Today I think we are hanging at the house and trying to finish the chicken coop and runs. I'm having some coffee now then once dh gets up will get busy.

Yesterday after work I found an Ann Taylor off white lace knee length skirt for $1, a pair of cache dress pants for $1, and a new with tag linen poncho that had a price tag of $225!! For $7! It is one size so it is so baggy but more couture I guess and ORANGE!! So pretty! I really need to start paring down the closet to only things that are 'me'. The problem is that I love everything so this is sooo hard!

food for today

eggs/ last of gizzards/ turkey sausage

i didn't weigh this morning I have pooped in 2 days so I'm refusing to weigh.

You were smart (not weighing). I had the same issue but did weigh and was up 2 pounds (was a little freaked out as I hadn't been at that weight in 4 months). Back down this morning (whew!).

Good morning IF and crew!

I am trying so hard to get back to posting my menu. New life, and it is really difficult to keep up my good habits. We had a photo shoot yesterday for our farm and invited some kids and their parents for the shoot. I bought hot dogs, marshmallows, lemonade, watermelon. While we were working, I picked up a hot dog and ATE THE WHOLE THING. Bun and all. Did not even consider. Everyone was eating a hot dog and I did too. In about five minutes. My wife came over and asked if I was okay, which I was not. Such a stomach ache I had. It was way too much food, and a bun, and I have not tolerated hot dogs well anyway. So this morning I realized what will happen if I stop posting, and planning, and being accountable.

QOTD: I am so proud of our farm and project. We have so much work to do, but it is getting done slowly. Also, I posted the other day in response to someone worrying about loose skin that I am loving myself... suddenly I really like who I am. That is a new one for m.

B: Premier Protein 1/2 with coffee and Miralax

L: Dannon LIght & Fit greek coconut

D: Chicken taco salad with 1 oz cheese, salsa and lite sour cream

S: 2 oz beef jerky, diet cran something with water, Syntrax fuzzy navel

Totals: 707 calories 89 protein 32 carbs 28 fat

Have a great day everyone!
