What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?
What a great day this has been already! I hit Onederland solidly. I've been close for about a week and then the scales took a dive and I'm officially below 200!
Also we got up and went swimming this morning! It was lots of fun. My body is slowly remembering what to do after more than 6 months away from the pool, but it was nice to just be in the water!
QOTD: If the above weren't enough, I am very proud of myself that I have walked or done some kind of exercise almost every day since surgery! That is a huge accomplishment for someone like me who has spent a lifetime avoiding activity as much as possible. I am glad that I am committing myself every day to doing something active.
Breakfast: eggs and turkey bacon at Silver Diner
Snack: Apple Ecstasy protein shake
Lunch: salmon
Snack: cottage cheese with applesauce
Dinner: Mahi Mahi burger with zoodles
Exercise: 45 minutes in the pool. If it clears off, I might go for a walk too.

QOTD I guess im proud of being able to reign in my diet from binge eating when I get a certain weight. Trying to find help for it but its not been easy due to my insurance.

L im having an early lunch with my dad and they eat healthy so im not worry about what they will serve.

Morning folks! Happy Earth Day- be sure to hug a tree or something today. I've been on my run and am at bowling. I've got both boys today playing chauffeur. I need to work at some point this weekend- I may just go pick up the work that I have to do and do it from home.
Qotd: figured you'd ask for a brag when I'm feeling humble lol. Hmm.. biggest thing on My mind is that lately I'm saving ~$50 every other week by doing my own Manicure/pedicure. And I'm quite pleased with how it looks too. I really only do each when the weather is nice and I'm glad I'm not ties to a nail salon every other Saturday morning.
