Love your pics! This is the first spring in almost a decade that I'm not either hatching or purchasing baby chicks! I'm so sad :(

Yours look awesome!

Good luck at your appointment to day! And the school looks great!

Today my oldest son turns 7! I know everyone says it goes by quickly, but truely it does. I swear it was just yesterday when he was a baby and now he is on his way to being a big kid! My photo this week is of us on the fall.

B: my usually protein shake

L: lemon pepper tuna pack

S: grapefruit nectar protein shake

D: leftover chili again? My 7 year old has requested hotdogs and salad of all things for his birthday dinner and I can't eat either yet, lol.

What a sweet picture of the two of you...with the sunlight streaming and all...

How do you mix the grapefruit nectar? Water? Something else? I love the fuzzy navel Nectar as it is the only one I have tried that tastes good in water...I am always hesitant to spend the money on something new. I had been given a sample of the fuzzy nectar, that was how I got hooked on it...

I mix it with water. It is my second favorite. Fuzzy Navel being my first also. I like it a lot. My surgeon sells samples of different proteins, including the Pink Grapefruit for $3 each. I seriously tried like 30 different proteins and my favorites are the Fuzzy Navel and Grapefruit. I do not like either in milk. I believe they also sell samples of the various Nectar flavors at Vitamin Shoppe so you may be able to pick up a sample for yourself there :)

the grapefruit is really good mixed with Crystal Light lemonade. It tastes kind of like Fresca that way. It's actually one of my favorite Syntrax flavors.

Good morning! The school looks great!! Hope the doc is able to give you some information. Keep us posted.

Update: I got one drain out yesterday and depending on how it all goes this morning I can have the last one taken out this afternoon. I'll feel so free :) I was also given approval to stand up a little straighter and walk a little bit-just very slowly still for about a 1/2 hour.

QOTD: I have a 2014 GMC Black Terrain. I have to say that most of the time it's pretty clean and tidy. Love my car.

I call it casserole because I can't think of anything else to call it. Roast the spaghetti squash as normal. Once roasted scrape and place on bottom layer of 13x9 dish. Top with Alfredo sauce, grilled or shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese. Bake in about a 350 degree oven for about 30 mins. Basically until the cheese is all melty. I eat it off it for a few days and then freeze in individual servings.
