Hi! Love your pics! And that chicken looks AMAZING!

I was looking at your stats and I see you lost more in month 4 and 5 than you did in months 2 and 3. Does this reflect any changes in your diet or activity level?

Just curious!

Keep up the amazing work!

It's the nature of the beast I think. We go through stalls, and our journey on a line graph looks more like uneven steps (as I've read grim say) than a straight line down. I did go back to the gym month 3 but I don't think that was it because I was still weak and taking it very easy. I only started to really kick up my workouts around month 5 or 6. Just stay on plan, keep your protein up, keep away from carbs, and continue to move/ workout. It will slow in some months but don't let that discourage you!

The school renovation looks great: nice and bright! My photo is from yesterday's walk on a little known beach in Falmouth on the Buzzards Bay side called Wood Neck. The next couple of days are going to be rainy so I'm glad we got out yesterday.

QOTD: I love cars and I have spoiled myself with the last 2. I have a small BMW convertible (228i), pearl white like DD2 with a black top and off-white leather seats. I had essentially the same 2009 model and last year I got a new one: I told the dealer I wanted the same car, so I just have a newer version of the same! But they did improve it a lot. I LOVE driving it around Cape Cod with the top down (though I don't put the top down on the highway - don't like the noise or extreme wind). I guess I also have a second car since DH can't drive anymore: Honda CRV. it is good to have something larger and more practical.

Have to buckle down with eating the next few days. Due to COMPLETELY off plan eating yesterday and a bit of bathroom backup I am up 2 pounds to a point I haven't been at in 4 months!

B: eggbeaters and cottage chee

L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: pulled pork and broccoli

S: cheese sticks (and that's it!!!)

Have a great Friday!
