Good morning JB And menu fam!
JB: The Reno looks fabulous! I'd be excited for everyone to see it too!
QOTD: I drive a 2007 Honda Accord that I bought in 2014 when I was commuting 1.5hours to and from work with a 98 accord that keept breaking donw. And I was pregnant. The previous owner kept it immaculate, and it had only 40k miles on it when i got it. I try to be clean with it but sometimes i drink my protein stuff or chew on a bag of cold cuts and its tough, lol.
The plan for today
Almost 8 months since surgery | 168 lbs today | weight loss diet
B: Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Frittata (just 1 this morning)
S:1 ounce fresh Mozz (w/ 2 cherry tomatoes & 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar)
L: Caprese Balsamic Chicken thigh
S: 2 Hardboiled eggs
D: 3 oz Taco meat (turkey & Pork) with cheddar Cheese melted on top and 1/4 avocado, SF Jello Pudding made with Skim Fairlife Milk
Cal: 991, Carbs: 27, Fat: 64, Protein 69
I feel like i could use some more protien so I may add 1/2 scoop of syntrax vanilla to my pudding tonight
Vitamins & Water: Started
Exercise: 15 min walk on my lunch break because i only get 30 mins on Fridays, maybe a walk tonight after dinner
