What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?

That's pretty much where my stats were at this point, too. I tried to hit 80 in protein which sometimes upped my calories to 550-650, but this looks great!
Hi everyone,
JB, the school looks great!
QOTD: I drive a Toyota Tacoma. I love American trucks but the last one I owned was in the shop every other day and I probably paid for it 3 times over. You just can't depend on them. I've owned my Toyota for 7 yrs and and it's only been in the shop 1 time for a repair.
B: 2eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice cheese.
Menu for the rest of the day is up in the air. I'm trying to figure this gout diet thing out and still get a decent amount of protein in .
Enjoy the rest of you day everyone!

JB the renovation looks fantastic! Good job!
I haven't had very much time to post on the menu thread this week but I've been around. I have been so busy at work and my daughters softball!
QOTD: I currently drive a 2001 Honda accord. It was my grandmothers car but she never drove it so I traded in my 2014 Chevy Traverse and bought it from her. It only had about 60k miles. No more outrageous monthly car payments!! I love it!!
B -coffee, corned beef & boiled egg
L - Ribs
S - yogurt
D - Steak
My picture is just a bathroom selfie.

That's an amazing transformation! I'm sure everyone will appreciate the colorful brightness and your efforts!
QOTD: I drive a 2015 Subaru Forester. It's a great car and it treats me better than I treat it as well. I've put 45K on it in a little over a year and a half. I decided I'd had enough of traffic today and I'm taking the train into Boston today. So nice to just sit here and relax!
B: protein hot chocolate in decaf coffee
L: Wendy's chicken breast with no bun
D: 5 oz sirloin steak

I would definitely take the train every day if I could... It's more expensive than driving sometimes, but totally worth the mental health.
It's only 12pm, and I have already driven from Brockton to Waltham to Southie to Acton and back to Brockton. My poor poor car...

Back with a quick update from the Doc! Based on how I described my symptoms, he thinks it's marginal ulcers and wants to treat me with a PPI and Carafate for the next 30 days and see if it goes away. If I still have symptoms after 30 days of treatment, they will order an endoscopy and look around for other causes.
The doc also said he thinks the heart racing episodes that I have been describing sound like Atrial Flutter, and says I should go try to get my Primary Care doc to get me to a referral for a cardiologist, stat. Scary! Anyone else have experience with this?
Last weird thing that happened while I was there... someone in the waiting room was staring at me really intently like she knew me, but I swear I have never ever seen her before--not from a support group or anywhere else that I could think of... I wondered on my way home if she is a lurker and recognized me from here? If so, hi!
