HELP - I'm no longer losing
So I'm really getting discouraged... I had my bypass 6/20/17. I have lost 100 pounds. I can't seem to lose anymore. I would like to lose another 60 pounds. I have not lost anything in 3 months. I go up and down by 3 pounds... I have tried cutting out a carbs (not good carbs like Vegs etc) all that did was making me stop going to the washroom. Should I be seeing my doctor?

You may not like what I have to say, but here it is:
It sounds like you are eating at your maintenance level. This means that you are eating the right amount to maintain your weight.
It may very well be the same amount that you were eating before while losing. However, as you become smaller, it takes fewer calories to maintain less weight. That is the part that people don't like to share about weight loss.
The prize for losing weight is that you have to eat even less to continue losing. It's like winning the basket of squirrels on Let's Make a Deal.
If you want to lose more, the sad truth is that you will have to eat fewer calories. It's a cruel punch in the face to be sure -- I know -- I have been there.

And you cracked me up on the "lets make a deal," for the record I love squirrels, they are all bouncy and bolt around everywhere, that's what's its like to live a day in my head... bouncy and all over the place LOL
Cruel punch in the face indeed... to lose more eat less, #truth

Which "good carbs" are we talking about? Veggies are still carbs and sugar, except for certain ones. You would be amazed at how vegetables can stall progress if you let them get out of hand.
As for the washroom issue, I (unfortunately or fortunately, not sure which) never had that problem thanks to IBS and lactose intolerance. But many, many, many others on this board do, and their best friend is usually daily Miralax and/or Benefiber.
Just some thoughts... you can also post a daily sample menu so we can try to pick it apart for you.

Which vegetables, in your view, are the "certain ones" that are not carbs and sugar?

If you aren't already, you need to track every single thing you put into your mouth. Liquid, food, everything.
From there, you need to figure out what you're ingesting and what you need to modify. I recommend that you start by lowering your calories by 100 calories a day every day for a week. So if you're eating 1500 calories a day now, go to 1400 for a week. If you don't start losing, go to 1300 for a week, et****il you find the caloric intake you need to lose weight.
Prioritize protein and water. Remove refined and processed carbs. Don't worry too much about fats.
