% daily macro goals

I've never set percentages, nor cared much about them.
I have a calorie target. I try to make as much of it protein as I possibly can. I find that a lot of fat comes along for the ride with protein, and I don't mind, or care, about that at all. If I do all of those things, carbs will stay really low. If carbs creep up, it's because I'm eating less protein and more crap.
