New here - need some advice!
I'm 6.5 months out and I don't eat nuts or protein bites, etc. I eat protein only with the occasional vegetable. My calories are between 600-700 and I usually get around 100grams of protein. Personally I would switch out the yogurt, nuts, PB and protein bites. Obviously that's you're decision to make but I've found success with just meat, protein shakes when needed and occasionally veggies. Hope that helps.
