What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?t
Turkey, haddock, bacon, goose, pheasant, trout and mutton can be eaten in limited amounts. I didn't see anything about asparagus but I'm eating broccoli rabe. I'm all new to this so I'll look into the veggies some more but I eat so little of an amount in a sitting that I wouldn't think it would matter....then again you never know!

Oh, I forgot to mention the tart cherry. I'm looking into that. I know they make it in liquid form and a pill form. I see how many carbs the juice has. I don't know what my NUT will say about either.

It's late! Just a quick post of my menu to make sure I stay honest cause I'm having a big pouch day!
QOTD: I would be Rene Fleming (famous opera singer for those who don't know)

L: prosciutto and string cheese
D: grilled chicken tenders with romain and balsamic
S: shrimp with ****tail sauce, cheese stick and almond milk egg custard (made for Easter and I can't wait till it's gone cause it's a temptress.
