Goto the little gear on the top right, and select "settings"--> "contact". You can update your email address, there.
It wasn't hard to pass the group up. I have had several life changing events and none of them good. I noticed the last post I had made I had gained all but 50 lbs of my weight back. Now I have gained all but 40 lbs back and I want to get back on track and see if I can lose at least 50 lbs. Won't put me near my goal weight but puts me at a weight that I feel good. If I can do that then just maybe I can lose even more. Baby steps is how I am taking it. I am really beginning to think that my down fall was starting to drink diet sodas again. I read somewhere they just make you want to crave sweets and I do that for sure. When you live by yourself it is hard to fix healthy meals all the time. It is so easy just to grab and go. Esp. when every other week you are just home to sleep.
