I also remember taking a Benadryl pill once a few years ago after having an allergic reaction to something I ate a lunch and I was so knocked out that I couldn't drive home, so I am just wary of the stuff. But maybe that children's dose is worth exploring.
Almost 2 years later and I still feel tired when I remember that IV...
Good morning. The weekend was nice. We went to a relative's house on Saturday in the early afternoon to just hang out and have dinner. The live in Oxnard, CA on the channels, so their deck overlooks the water. We went out in their boat for a cruise around the harbor before dinner. Nice and relaxing. Yesterday morning i drove back out to Oxnard (literally 5 minutes from where I was the night before) to run with a friend. I seriously could have planned that better, but I drove my mom on Saturday and my brother lives in the opposite direction. At least there wasn't a lot of traffic as 7 am. JB, I love watching the marathon and think maybe one day I'll run a full, then I break out of my trance, shake my head and say, never gonna happen! I love you plan though! Let us know how far you get!!
JBQOTD - I have no suggestions, but will be following everyone else. I get horrible insomnia
My plan:
B: 2 oz ground turkey, .5 oz cheddar
L: Skirt steak (2 oz) romaine salad and carrots
D: Tri Tip (I think. 2 oz)
S: latte with 4 oz fairlife milk; 2 oz turkey, 1 oz provalone, quest protein shake made with water
Exercise - I have my running shoes with me, but my cold has moved to my chest and I'm coughing. So, while I'm planning on running, the reality is I'm likely to do nothing. If I had a tank top with me, I'd take hot yoga and sweat my cold out.

The boat cruise sounds so nice!
I love summer on the water so hard...
I made it 4.5 miles of running on a high incline, then switched over to the bike because I thought my legs were going to fall off :)
Wow! Great job on the running
