What's on your Saturday menu RNYer?
I'm sitting on the deck right now - gorgeous day (70 degrees)!
QOTD: For Easter, we will be driving 1.5 hours to the area where we used to live tomorrow. First, a short visit with 97 year old MIL, who is too weak for more. She is still in assisted living, but has full-time caretakers, doesn't really know anyone anymore and lately doesn't want to eat. It seems like she is winding down now. After that Easter dinner at DD's apartment. It is her first timing hosting a holiday and she is very excited. I am proud of her for stepping up to the plate!
B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: crab cake, veggies
S: cheese sticks, protein bar

Howdy! Not much going on for is this weekend. We did just get back from taking a little drive in the country-I needed some fresh air. For sure there will be a nap in the near future.
QOTD: Our church is having service at a baseball park that is open and free for anyone to attend so hubby and Em will go there and I think my sister is planning to come keep me company/babysit :)
Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 an orange L: lettuce wrap shredded chicken tacos S: homemade Greek yogurt with fiber cereal, sliced almonds and unsweetened coconut D: TBD
Water and vits on track
Hope everyone has a great day!
Hi! I use eggbeaters for my breakfast mostly for the convenience since I bake them in my 13X9 casserole dish over the weekend and freeze them in individual portions. It's easier than cracking a bunch of eggs and less calories. It is important for us to get in fat though too. I do eat boiled eggs, full fat yogurt, nuts, avocado, and things like that to boost up my fat grams. My sausage that I have with breakfast also has some fat. Hope that helps.
I always eat eggbeaters in the morning. I get fats other places. NUT says it is okay.

So true about not having to buy just because it fits. That's a hard concept to get used to.
Love your use of the everything spice!
