I would go back to 2006 and not have the RNY.

The Slimfast plan went well yesterday. I had 30 gms. of fiber so my gut was full. I had 100 gm. of protein. There was no cooking or measuring so my portions were fine. I am going to do it again today. I needed to add a salad and my veggie soup. Tri

Good morning! I needed to get up earlier this morning too. Now I am unsure if I will get a workout in today. My training plan calls for hill repeats and we will see if I have the drive to go do them at 8pm tonight. I am cooking dinner at the Ronald McDonald House after work and then I have to pick up the boy from lacrosse practice so if I run it won't be until late.

QOTD: This is REALLY hard. So many times and people I would want to see, but ultimately I think I would go back to 95/96 me. I would like to have a heart-to-heart with myself before I decided where to go to college and my degree path. I fear it would change other things I would keep the same but I definitely wouldn't have as much debt.

Time since surgery: 2 years 9 months

B: Coconut milk latte and a Rx bar

S: Mixed nuts and dried fruit, coffee with coconut milk

L: Lean Cuisine Honestly Good Turkey and sweet potatoes

S: Apple with mixed nut butter

D: Pork roast

W/V: Started

E: Possibly a 5 mile run with hill repeats

Have a great day all!

I bow down to you my dear!

You are such a warrior Nikki! I can't even think of hills and when I do my runs outdoors I plan my route so there is zero hills and when I am on the treadmill at the gym its just a straight run, no hills. You rock!!

I hate hills! But it is really hard to avoid them in my area. Also, I know they are good for me.

QOTD: as someone else said, being female, I wouldn't want to go back too far - but definitely back a couple of decades before things in the US got so crazy and divisive. That is, if I had to stay somewhere permanently!!

S: coffee with half & half, SF protein/fiber kefir shake

L: 1 C cottage cheese
