Aw shoot I am running so late! Got to make this quick...
QOTD: If you could time travel, WHEN and WHERE would you go? I would have loved to experience the Renaissance, so I would go to Italy/France in the late 1400s and go hang with Leonardo Da Vinci :)

Good morning JB,
QOTD: I'm a huge Outlander fan. I've read all the books more times than I can remember and watched all the episodes released so far twice. I'm also really interested in history... so it's really hard for me to choose... I'd be fascinated by any number of times and places... but I'd also be pretty nervous going back in time as a woman. We have a lot more freedom overall these days... EDIT- for those not familiar with the series who think I just randomly changed the subject, Outlander is about an Englishwoman from the 1940s who travels in time back to 1740s Scotland.
Yesterday was an emotional roller coaster with my meal planning and sharing, but I'm not giving up.
Plan:
Breakfast: premier protein with coffee
Snack: cottage cheese
Lunch: egg bite and babybel
Snack: Greek yogurt with protein powder and sugar free pudding mix
Dinner: Morningstar "steak" strips with Italian blend cheese
Exercise: day off from the gym. But I have a lot of packing and errands to do.
Totals:
Calories 642/ carbs 32/ protein 89

This is perfect! Great job Merryrose! I am impressed. Thanks for our chat yesterday.
You are doing awesome! Have fun packing today!
I just found Outlander. I'm currently listening to the books on Audio on my commute. I'm on Voyager, the third in the seriesw, in the very beginning, and I LOVE this series so far. I haven'****ched the show, but I'm sure I will, but I want to read all of the books first so I don't get a preconception of who the characters are. I am traditionally a fantasy novel fan, and this series really is a perfect mix of historical romance and fantasy.
Good morning!
I'm still waking up, it was a rather rough day yesterday with appointments and then my last appointment of the day was a doozy, I had my IUD replaced and it was unpleasant....I was pretty much a useless lump for the rest of the day. The shining point of my day yesterday was that I got the call to schedule my RNY! Someone asked me if I was excited and I told them I would be after I was done recovering from the IUD appointment
QOTD: I need to revisit this when I'm not yawning and can think straight, because right now all I can think of is that I'd need a blue box if I was going to be time traveling!
B: Coffee w/FF 1/2 and 1/2 - Protein Shake
S: tomatoes and mozarella balls w/greek seasoning
L: Leftover Chicken
S: TBD - may do another shake, not sure yet
D: TBD
Have a great day guys!

Sorry to hear about the IUD troubles, hope you are feeling better and have less pain today!
I am loving your snack of tomato/mozzarella/greek seasoning, yummy!
YAY for June 21st RNY, that is exciting, just 2 months away.
Thanks! I'm definitely much better now...the pain from it really feels like contractions, and it's been 5 years since I had those....I'd forgotten how much they hurt!!!
Anyways....It is the BEST snack..when I was a kid we would take fresh tomatoes out of the garden and slice them up and then put a little greek seasoning on them. I threw in the fresh mozarella balls because then it's like a kinda-sorta-caprese snack....and it has protein! :D

Morning! I head into work late today- kids have orthodontist appointments. I will hit the supermarket early to buy what's needed for Easter dinner and head into work. Today I get weighed for my weight loss study I'm a part of. It's over in 6 month and I'm glad. I will also pull out my spring/summer clothes and make that switch. I'll go into work after(boo).
Qotd: I would travel to Jamaica when my parent were young to be able to see what there experiences were like growing up there. I think it would help me understand the people they are now.
