Hello everyone,

Beautiful day here in CT!

QOTD: In high school I was 240lbs. After getting married a few years later I gained significantly getting up to 600lbs. I lost a bunch of weight on WW getting down to 479 then joined a gym and got down to 350 then to 243 with a personal trainer. At that point I began having heart problems and ended up with 3 stents in one artery. I then began to slowly gain until I hit 490 when I sought out a WLS surgeon.

B: 2eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: 1 1/2 oz turkey breast, 1/2oz prosciutto, 1/2 ostrim meat stick

D: 3 1/2 oz roasted turkey, 2 forkfuls broccoli rabe w/evoo & garlic

S: 4oz plain greek chobani w/sf apricot preserve

Cals:697, Carbs:13, Protein:105

Hi Chris! how are you? You are doing so well and sticking to "the rules" or protein protein protein! I am so impressed! great protein and carb numbers my friend! keep up the great work, I sense you are doing to drop some weight again soon!!

Hi- late post from me.

Qotd: only weights I recall are: what I got down to with Weigh****chers after my second son as born (250), weight right before I got married (about 280) and where I spent most of my 30's between 310 & 337.

I need to take the bull by the horns and detox from chocolate. It's been my nemesis for too long now- and I've found myself at the vending machine in addition to regularly stocking our snack basket with bite size chocolates. - I need to break these habits now. So no chocolate between now and my birthday (June). So in addition to my menu below- I confess to a snickers bar and chocolate chip cookies. ::sigh::

195.2 today, 23 months out

m1 2 boiled eggs, 4 turkey sausage

m2: Greek yogurt, berries, granola-- 1/2 bag of chips

m3: stuffed pork chop/carrots

m4: scrambled eggs/bologna

5'6.5" High weight:337 Lowest weight:193/31 BMI: Goal: 195-205/31-32 BMI
