How much food at 7+ years out
Hi everyone! I posted this in WLS Grads, but it doesn't seem to get a lot of traffic so I hope you don't mind me posting this here as well. I'm 7 years out, and I'm struggling with some regain. I feel like I can eat so much food now. I haven't measured, but I can eat as much as a non-RNY person. I'm wondering how much food should I be able to eat at one time? Those of you who are years out from surgery - how much can you eat?
I can eat a ton at 8.5 years out. Today for lunch I had a regular sized hamburger with the bun. I am still at my goal weight because I choose NOT to eat as much as I can most of the time.

Depends on the food, and on the day. Pouchy can be quite fickle. But in general, I choose not to eat everything I can, even if I can. Otherwise what's the point?
