Congratulations on getting down 100lbs! That's an awesome milestone :)
Good morning menu peeps. Long time, no see. I have had a lot of stuff going on, and have not been coming to OH like I should. So I am promising all of you to do better.
JB, I am so glad to hear that your parents are doing better. Remember to take care of yourself, too. The stress of caring for aging parents can take a toll that you might not notice at the time. I wish I had paid more attention to that while my Dad was ill. Self care is critical.
Today I am meeting my brothers at my Dad's house to do the final staging before we put it on the market on Wednesday. I also have to get my taxes done. I keep putting it off, and time is running out. Ugh!
QOTD:The advice I would give myself is to not put unrealistic expectations on how quickly the weight will come off, and to not compare myself to others. The body will do what the body will do. Stick to the program, and the weight will come off in its own time.
