Hi guys, Happy Sunday!

I caught a cold from my little one and I'm powering through it, it's one of those runny nose/throat-is-on-fire viruses, blech! Full disclosure I'm struggling a lot with the lack of restriction now that my band is gone, and I'm looking forward to finally getting my RNY scheduled so I can move forward. It definitely takes more food to reach satiety currently and that's frustrating. I know it's temporary, and being aware of it helps, but it still stinks!

JB: I hope your parents are doing better!

QOTD: I have no idea if I'll want plastics eventually - I expect that I'll look like the saggy baggy elephant by the time all is said and done and my boobs might actually reach my knees . I'm not opposed to it, but we'll have to see how it all plays out! At the very least I know I want a boob lift/reduction.

Menu

B: Coffee w/FF 1/2 and 1/2, leftover pizza (whomp whomp)

L: Steak, Salad - gorgeous day for grilling so we are taking full advantage!

D: Leftovers

I'm going to make it a goal to be a more consistent poster this week - my son is on spring break and I won't be running around like such a crazypants

Hugs guys!

Kelsey

Happy Sunday! I never had surgery before WLS and I had an adverse reaction to general anesthesia. Before surgery I was open to cosmetic surgery after if the excess skin was too much, but after the way I felt post op I doubt I'll ever willingly (electively) have surgery again! LOL

S: Chocolate Unjury+Fairlife+PB2

L: Lentle soup

S: Grapefruit Nectar

D: Chicken/Broccoli Mushed up with a little soy sauce

Good afternoon,

QOTD I would consider plastics if money wasn't a problem. I would have my tummy done and a breast lift. My bat wings don't bother me.

B spinach, orange pepper, ham and cheese omelet and string cheese

More coffee at church.

L tuna and cottage cheese

D pork loin, green beans and sweet potato

S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

Have a great day

I have coffee and soup planned today. My stomach is wonky.

I never wanted plastics. I have had enough surgery in this lifetime. My goal is to avoid the OR as much as possible.

I had my usual food today. Went for a long walk on the beach with my dog. Would have been longer but had to pick up the kid from his birthday party.

QOTD: definite yes for plastics for me. If my skin stayed looking like it did 2 weeks ago. I'd have been like...meh I can live with it. Just had a small baby bump. Nothing hanging that shouldn't be. But this last 5 lbs is started to signal what is coming. I'm developing wrinkles in odd spots. I call it my elephant skin. i may have the face of a 50 year old, but neck down I have the skin of a 75 year old. I would like the body to match the face at least. I can tell I will need a lower body lift, including thighs. Nice to have at this point is a breast lift and arms, but neither are too bad yet. Regardless I'd likely do both in separate procedures. I will likely wait until I'm almost 2 years out to do it. I figure I have another year of losing ahead of me still. Potentially

b-overnight oats

snack- oats again

l-Thai salad with shrimp and peanut dressing

s-chia pudding

d-chicken thighs and asparagus
