What's on your Sunday Menu RNYers?
Good morning folks!
The weather was nice yesterday so I took a long (3.4 miles) walk and managed a brisk pace too. I worked up a sweat and was breathing hard but I didn't get short of breath which is amazing!
This morning is garden time. A friend is coming over to help with the heavy mulching and turning of the soil. I will be planting broccoli and pak choy and a few hostas. I may even put in a few pansies in some pots by the front door. I love to garden and I feel lucky to have a friend who enjoys helping to do the work that I'm still not able to do.
QTOD: I'm still too early in the journey to make any decisions on plastic surgery.
Breakfast: egg and mushroom fry up
Snack: Fuzzy Navel protein shake
Lunch: chicken salad in a lettuce leaf
Snack: cottage cheese
Dinner: swordfish and riced cauliflower
Exercise: gardening and maybe a walk

Morning RNY'ers!! I'm a bundle of energy this morning. Got my 4.4 miles done and came home and started weeding my lawn/flower bed. It's 60% done- I need to go back and finish and clean up this afternoon. I'll also buy some grass seeds to put down. According to my Apple Watch I've already burned 745 calories. So that my plan for today- lawn care and maybe wash my car.
Qotd: I want plastics as much as I want to win the lottery. I'd be estatic if I got plastics/ won the lottery- but would also be perfectly content if I didn't get plastics or win a million bucks.
My area of biggest skin is my stomach. But it doesn't hang- no apron, just bulge. Looking down when I do a plank is when it bother me most. I can live with it. My arms have wings- but there is also nice muscle definition too. Wearing an armband for my phone on my bare arm will always chafe me, so I just put a fabric underneath the armband to protect the skin. My boobs are deflated, but aren't horribly droopy- since its looks great in a bra- I can live with it. I really hit the jackpot with my thighs/legs. There is skin but it doesn't have the melted candle look at all- I have very muscular legs/thighs. I would't do short short because I don't like them- but would be perfectly comfortable in a swimsuit.

Mornin' all! I've been up for awhile and rarin' to go, but DH is still sleeping (it's 8:30 here). I'm going to wake him up as soon as I'm done with this. He has to be at work at noon, and I'd like some time to get out and do something with him before he has to go to work - it's supposed to be in the 70s today!!
I've gone way over my calorie limit the last three days (200-300 calories over). It's not stress eating - it's that we've been at various eating functions. I used to really control myself at these (i.e, no dinner roll - no dessert), but I ate like a "normie" at these. Thus the excess calories. Ugh. At least we don't have anything else until next Friday But I need to get a handle on this again - and soon!! I need to really focus on eating lightly the next few days - and controlling myself big time when we go out on Friday!!
QOTD: I'm considering plastic surgery. Sometimes I think it'd be a waste because the worst parts are my boobs and stomach, and they're really easy to hide. A good bra and a slightly oversized, long-ish shirt or sweater covers it perfectly. My arms are wrinkly but not awful. My thighs also have excess skin, but they're very thin so I look fine even in tight leggings. And at my age, I'm never going to wear shorts or short skirts again, so....?? But I can't stand looking in the mirror when I've just gotten out of the shower and seeing those boobs and stomach - UGH! So I'm considering it. I'm also considering a mini-facelift like Liz got because my face and neck are so wrinkly. I used to look younger than my age - but not anymore! Put me in sunlight or fluorescent light, and I look like I'm 80 years old!! Because of the research study I'm in, and because my dad's still alive but on the edge, it could be Thanksgiving or Christmas before I start the process though (that is, if I decide to go ahead with it), so some things may have shifted around by then and I may look better (or worse!), so who knows. But I'm still considering it...

Good morning guys!
I spent some time yesterday going through my closet (again) got rid of some things and added a bunch more. Found a few things at the thrift store and then my sister sent me home with a full garbage bag of things she was clearing out of her closet. It can suck to say goodbye to old favourites, you forget sometimes in the excitement of "new" that it means your old go to's are no longer options...
QOTD I knew going into this that my arms were going to bother me, they always have so I figured deflated would be even worse. I was right. If I was only able to fix one thing that would be it. My legs are a mess too but I think the worst part of them is my calves and I don't think there's anything you can do about that so I'm not sure fixing my thighs would be worth it. My stomach...I don't know, it's not too terrible but I'm not done yet so that could change. My breasts are virtually non existent at this point, they were small to begin with and now they're...smaller... I was hopeful that what little I had would stick around but nope. Pre op I hadn't given a breast lift/augmentation any thought but the idea is here now.
Making it all happen is an entirely different story.
B- coffee w/ 1/2 chocolate premier
L- leftover pork tenderloin
D- homemade burger w/ goat cheese (no bun)
S- 1/2 chocolate premier
Totals 563 cals, 74g protein, 5g carbs
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!

Good morning!! Cold and crazy windy here today, but at least it's sunny. I am heading to my parent today to help do some more packing and organizing with my mom. Last week I ended up taking home a ton of stuff that I really don't need. I'm hoping to avoid that this week, but it's hard to say no to my mom.
QOTD - At first I was way too scared to consider plastics, but now that I've lost a bit of weight I already know I am absolutely going to do my arms and a breast lift. I will wait to see what happens with my stomach and thighs and if I can't live with it, I will definitely have them done as well.

Good Morning Insert Fitness and Menu Family!
QOTD: When I was very young I had silicone breast implants that were a disaster and led to many repeat implant surgeries, including saline implants which kept breaking. Years later I finally gave up and had the implants removed and had a breast lift. Now I have deflated, tiny "mosquito bites" of boobs. My mom had a botched face lift. So I'm thinking I will probably NOT get any more plastic surgery. I have flappy arms and melted candle thighs and saggy belly skin, but I don't have a significant other and I'm not looking for a man-child to take care of. I might change my mind some day, but at my age, (60) I think I'll just live with my flaws and hide them with clothing. I do love to swim, though and I wish I could wear a bathing suit, but board shorts and a swim top will have to do.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella
L: homemade chili
D: taco meat, cheese, sour cream, 1/2 flour tortilla
S: light n fit Greek yogurt
Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning IF and crew!
QOTD: No plastics for me, probably. But we shall see. I have more to go. My stomach has some overhang and my arms are very skin-ny, as Adam likes to remind me. But I am almost 60, so it is not at the top of my list ;)
B: Premier Protein chocolate with coffee and Miralax, more coffee with Fairlife
L: ?
D: TJ hot wings, 4, and salad with lite ranch dressing
S: beef jerky
I am home from my farm but off to meet my new donkeys and goats today! No clue about lunch and dinner. I am bringing beef jerky with me and another protein shake but we are stopping at a local food co-op so I may find a good option there. Hopefully home by dinner.
Have a great Sunday everyone!

Good morning! Sounds like you've been very productive, glad you enjoy doing it.
QOTD: As I'm sure you're sick of hearing about it, mine is Wednesday! I did go into this journey thinking I'd never ever have any type of PS. I have already talked to my surgeon about doing a breast lift but we will discuss it after I recover from this one.

L: albacore tuna lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: latte, homemade Greek yogurt, jerky and 2 Brazil nuts
D: IP shredded beef lettuce wrap tacos and SF jello with cool-whip
E: 40 mins elliptical and an hour stair master
