Happy Friday! I'm glad the week is over. I don't have a picture, but when I was fatter people used to say I looked like Natalie from the show the Facts of Life. Other than being fat, I didn't see it.

QOTD - Right now, I have nothing on my calendar that I'm looking forward to. I'm looking forward to the Tinkerbell 1/2 Marathon being OVER , but that's not quite the same thing. This tells me I need to get some plans, stat!!

My food plan:

I'm part of a 66 day health challenge at one of the gyms I go to. They're all having nutrition consults and starting on MFP. They don't know about my surgery, and they keep asking if I want a consult . . . Nope, I'm good. I have to think long and hard about accepting all the new friend requests on MFP. I wish I was faster out of the gate . . . I would have set up a dummy account. I know there'll be comments about my menus . . . I may post fake menus during the duration of the challenge just to head off any questions . . .

B: 2.5 oz ground turkey, .5 tbs pesto, .5 oz cheddar cheese

L: 3.1 oz New York strip, baby carrots

D: the big friday black hole . . . any suggestions??

S: latte with 4 oz fairlife milk. I also have almonds, light and fit, hard boiled egg and cheese with me. What can I say, I like choices.

No totals given the dinner void, but I have no doubt this will fit my macros

Hello everyone,

JB, glad to hear that your dad is improving.

QOTD: I have a wild game dinner coming up in May that I go to with many of my childhood buddy's.

I've been told that I look a little like Buddy Hackett. I'm on the left. To the right is my friend that wrote about earlier in the week. I was at his 50th surprise birthday party. When we were younger people used to ask us if we were brothers even though I am so much shorter than him.

B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: 2oz turkey breast, 1/2 ostrim meat stick

D:?

S:?

Enjoy the rest of your day everybody!
